Records Requirements K3-8th
- Completed Application Form
- Most recent and complete progress report/checklist, report card and transcript records for the past 2 years (as applicable)
- Standardized test scores (as applicable)
- Official birth certificate
- Official baptismal certificate
- Complete and current immunization records
- Social Security card
Students entering the Katherine Ryan Program must be:
- K3- Three years old by September 1st.
- K4- Four years old by September 1st.
- K5- Five years old by September 1st.
