Mrs. Ramirez rejoined the St. Anthony community and Catholic education after teaching for 2 years in SAISD. She has served 18 years in education as a teacher, technology director, assistant principal and principal. She earned her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a specialization in History and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership at St. Mary's University. Mrs. Ramirez enjoys the time she spends with her husband and 3 children, as well as knitting and playing the piano.

Mrs. Barbara Packard has been a tireless volunteer for St. Anthony Catholic School for many years. Her sidekick, Alexander, and she are inseperable. Besides being cute and adorable, Alexander requires some petting and attention and a daily walk. Not many people know this but all inquiries about literary classics and modern novels are handled by Alexander. He is currently going to school at night to fetch his K-9 certification in the Dewey Decimal Classification System.
