Counselor's Corner

The School Counselor works directly with all students in grades K4 through 8th and also supports K2 and K3 families through consultation and classroom observation.

St. Anthony School’s counseling services are designed to support students and families in achieving academic, emotional, social, and vocational success. Services include monthly guidance lessons, small group counseling, and individual sessions. Support is also available to teachers, staff, and parents through consultation and assistance with identifying outside programs or resources that may benefit a child.

The counselor is on campus Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Parents may contact the counseling office at [email protected] or 210-732-8801 ext. 124. Middle School students may request an appointment using a Google Form. Students may also be referred by teachers, parents, or the principal.

As part of the St. Anthony school family, the counseling program is rooted in care, compassion, and faith. The goal is to help all students grow into happy, healthy individuals who continue to develop academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually within a Catholic environment.
