The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) recognizes middle school students who show excellence in academics, leadership, service, character, and citizenship.
NJHS members are leaders in our school community. They are expected to set a positive example in both words and actions.
NJHS Pillars
Students selected for NJHS demonstrate strength in:
Scholarship – High academic achievement
Leadership – Leading by example
Service – Helping others in school and the community
Character – Honesty and responsibility
Citizenship – Respect for school rules and civic values
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for NJHS, a student must:
Be in 7th or 8th grade
Be enrolled at St. Anthony Catholic School for at least one semester
Maintain High Honor Roll each quarter
Have no “I” or “U” conduct grades
Have no serious violations of school policy or civil laws
Membership in NJHS is both an honor and a responsibility.
