Meet Mrs. Alaska Martinez

Welcome to Fourth Grade!

Hello! My name is Alaska Martinez, and I am thrilled to welcome you and your child to Fourth Grade! I teach ELA/Reading, Math, and Religion, and I am excited for all that we will accomplish together this year. This is my sixth year in education and my third year teaching Fourth Grade. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to teach and guide your child during such an important year of learning and development.

Our Classroom Theme:
This year, our Fourth Grade theme is Growth. Throughout the year, we will focus not only on growing academically, but also on growing in our faith, perseverance, confidence, and character. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, and every step forward—big or small—is something worth celebrating!

Our Classroom Motto: Warrior Mindset
We will encourage our students to approach challenges with determination, perseverance, and the confidence to keep trying even when something is difficult.
