Don't you just love TedTalk? I chose this video because it exemplifies what I strive to do with my students each day. From day one, my goal is to make their space away from home a safe and happy environment. One where we will engage, listen, talk and most importantly, have fun! The first five years of a child's life is so important for their development and if I am going to be a part of that, I'm giving it my all.
